As of 2005, our immediate plans for expansion include a host of new developments. Transamerica is planning to offer its clients live Outlook Exchange Server-hosted Web Query Follow-up, a real-time connection between itself and its clients’ Web-based information request submission forms. This connection will allow Transamerica to initiate action towards its clients’ Web-based inquiries. Transamerica will immediately establish contact with these inquiries to provide information and to close on the next stage in the sales process which usually includes scheduling Web demonstrations, teleconferences, or personal meetings for our clients. Transamerica will soon initiate Assembly Line Selling® Online, which is live, interactive, Web-based seminars. Transamerica believes that Henry Ford’s basic assembly line principles can be extended to all areas of selling and serve as viable business models. Transamerica plans to iron out details to teach, consult, and lecture online by the summer of 2005. The last edition of Assembly Line Selling: Coordinating Contact Management Databases, Proactive Telephone Sales, and Mail – to Win More Business, a book written in 1996 by Transamerica’s President, David F. McCullough, explored applying this unified set of sales and marketing principles to the multifaceted world of contact management software, including Maximizer 5.0, ACT! 4.0, GoldMine 4.0, and Outlook 98. In Assembly Line Selling Online, David will cleverly combine his innovative ideas for coordinating Outlook Exchange Server-hosted contact management databases, proactive mail, and telephone marketing with this comprehensive sales strategy. |
